Our data is updated every 6 hours from our provider, S&P Global Market Intelligence. Depending on the company size there can be some minor delay in information, such as updated earning reports from being uploaded into our provider's database.
Stock prices on the other hand use end-of-day data and gets updated up to 6 hours after market has closed.
Reading Data update status in the report
Details of the Company Analysis and Financial Data status can be found on the information section in the company analysis report. You can simply click on the Info button on the left navigation bar or the "more info" link found on the brief description of the company in the heading of the report to quickly go to the section.

- Company Analysis Update - this is the latest date and time the system last updated the report. With this update, the system identifies if there are any new data that needs to be reflected or modified on the reported. This is also the time stamp shown in the heading of the report (sample screenshot below).
- End of day share price update - the latest date and time the closing price of the company was updated.
Last Estimates Confirmation - this date represents the most recent date of confirmation of the current estimate from the analysts for the data item and period.
- Last Earnings Filing - this is the date the company has officially released its financial statement to the public through the exchange where they are listed (e.g Nasdaq company's SEC Filing page). This date is also the basis of the number of days shown in the heading of the report (sample screenshot below).
Last Earnings Update - this pertains to the end date covering the latest reported financial statement of the company (usually Quarter).
- Last Annual Earnings Update - similar to earnings update, this is the end date covering the latest reported financial statement of the company but pertains to the latest year end. Most companies follow calendar reporting thus you'll usually see in the report as December 31. Some companies, like Apple Inc, follows fiscal year wherein their Annual Financial Statement ends September 30.
