To expedite validating your payment, please include the following details:

  1. Last 4-digits of the card used
  2. Provide the date the transaction was made; or
  3. Get your invoice number and view the details by clicking on the user menu in the upper right corner of the web platform and going to the Subscription & Billing>>Download Invoices section 

Note: Invoices are not available using the mobile app and can only be accessed on our web platform through this link.
