We offer a 14 day money back guarantee, as per terms and conditions, for all new subscribers from the date of paying the subscription. No refund will be processed beyond the 14-days money back guarantee period.

Please email support with your refund request, and we will respond to you as soon as we can. Once your refund has been approved and processed, the payment will reflect back onto your card between 5-10 business days.
