If you already have a Legacy Portfolio, sometimes called your old portfolio, you can still open it, but we no longer actively support it.
Access and support are different. Access means you can open your Legacy Portfolio and see its data. Support means fixing problems with it.

Where do I find my Legacy Portfolio?
Your Legacy Portfolios are in the Legacy Portfolios section at the bottom of the portfolio page.
Should I migrate to the New Portfolio?
It is optional, but we highly encourage you to migrate your Legacy Portfolio.
Here is why we recommend it:
- It is the version we are actively developing. The Legacy Portfolio is no longer actively supported, so new features and fixes go to the new portfolio.
- Your transaction history comes with you. Migrating copies it, so you don't rebuild your portfolio from scratch.
For what the New Portfolio does, see: Getting Started with Portfolio
How do I migrate my Legacy Portfolio?
You don't need to rebuild your portfolio. Migrating copies your transaction history to a new portfolio.
- Open your Legacy Portfolio.
- At the top of the portfolio page, select Try the New Portfolio.
- Wait while the new portfolio is created.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- This works for Legacy Portfolios with or without transactions.
- The 2 portfolios stay independent. Changes in one do not affect the other portfolio.
What if something is broken in my Legacy Portfolio?
Because Simply Wall St no longer actively supports the Legacy Portfolio, a bug in it may not be fixed.
If your Legacy Portfolio shows incorrect or missing information, you can:
Migrate to the new portfolio. Your transaction history is copied into a portfolio that is actively maintained. This doesn't change your Legacy Portfolio.
Where can I get help with the New Portfolio?
To create a portfolio or link a broker, see: Introduction to Portfolios
If you need any assistance setting up your New Portfolio, you may send our Support Team a message here, and we'll help you.
